Credit card payment is available. Payment timing is as follows:
- One-time purchase plan: Payment is processed at the time of application.
- Monthly / Annual plan (recurring billing): The first payment is processed at the time of application, and subsequent payments are automatically processed on each renewal date (monthly or annually).
- Delivery / Service Start
- The service is available immediately upon completion of credit card payment.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Due to the nature of digital content, returns and refunds are not available after purchase. Monthly and annual plan (subscription) cancellations can be made at any time from the account settings page. After cancellation, you may continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period (next renewal date). No prorated refunds are provided.
